Remove all 'Bold' from messages in MS-Teams interactions. All the messages shown in Teams will be displayed as normal text without Bold characters for Title/subtitle.

Note: The information from Title will be shown as 'text' if Title is not populated, then the information from SubTitle will show as 'text' if both Title and SubTitle is populated then only the information from Title will be shown.

VSA-5755Soap response in the card layout with URL does not work to launch the corresponding application. 
VSA-6324 With the 1.13 release, the business hours are maintained and set to 12 AM to 5 PM GMT -5. This may impact existing tenants, for whom current agent chat availability is available for 24 hours.
VSA-6325 Create Ticket via Agent Chat Console does not resolve description & details correctly.
VSA-6326  Abort commands result into no skills list being shown unless updated by tenant admin. 
VSA-6327 Fallback skill does not show any skills list post fallback message unless updated by the tenant admin. 
VSA-6328 A 'No response' on threshold validation results in to displaying empty skills list. 
VSA-6340 Post Abort/fallback/threshold validation - skills list order is not maintained as welcome skill order. 
VSA-6341 Inactive skills show up in the skills list shown post abort / fallback / threshold validation (in admin console as well as during skill execution).
VSA-6342  Esc key is not working on Service Configuration pop-up in Automation.
