Integration Apps represent the target systems in a workflow process. The Apps in Serviceaide Automation are used to define the connection and operations to be executed on the third-party system. A workflow process may contain multiple operations added in the sequence of the task execution. Serviceaide Automation supports REST Apps (defined configured in the Serviceaide Automation portal) and Mule Apps (designed in Anytime Anypoint studio).
