Introduction: 

Procedure to get the data extract from customer slice.

Background:  

Data extraction is the process of retrieving data from the Serviceaide Intelligent Service Management data source. The customer uses this data for customized reporting purposes. Customers may request and receive a one-time data extracts from their Slice.
Data can be extracted for a specific customer slice (based on Slice ID), Data extraction can be of two types:

Instructions: 

1. Require in advance, as this process must be scheduled by Intelligent Service Management team.
2. Specify if it should be Full Extract or Delta Extract. We recommend that data extraction for the first time is a Full Extract.
3. ServiceAide is going to deliver 

4. Customer needs to access the SFTP server location/folder using the Account provided by ServiceAide and download the file specified.
5. If the file has GPG extension, it should be decrypt using GPG utility, which can be downloaded from http://www.gpg4win.org/index.html
