This article describes the available predefined connectors, the operations performed by the connector and its associated input/output parameters, and the workflows associated with the connectors.

Predefined Connectors: The Connector Library lists the predefined connectors in the application. You can expand the list to view the credentials and the associated operations for each connector. The following predefined connectors are available:

Credentials: CA Cloud Service Management requires log in credentials to access the systems and networks where you are trying to perform tasks. The Credentials section is a central repository that securely stores and manages all login credentials for the connector. You can add, edit, and validate credentials. For more information about managing credentials see Connector Credentials. The following sections list the credentails required for each connector.

Operations: Each connector can carry out a set of operations. Each connector-specific operation requires a set of parameters. The following sections list the operations specific to each connector and the associated input/output parameters.

Workflows: A workflow is a group of connector-specific tasks that automates jobs. As an administrator, you can select the connectors and can specify the operation that each connector should perform. For more information about creating workflows, see How to create a workflow.
