The Support Agents can execute actions on behalf of the users in the Agent Chat Console. To execute the actions, the Actions need to be configured for the Support Agents.
The configurations for the Agent Chat Console actions can be done under Tenants. Tenants -> Settings -> Agent Chat Console.
Configuring the Support Agent Actions include the following steps:
Provide the details of the Action like the Name and the Status.
Provide the Form Fields which will be used in the form submission.
Provide the details of the steps to be executed as part of form submission.
Configure the Response message to be displayed to the Support Agent after successful execution of the form.
Note: Once the Action is configured, it will be visible to the Support Agent in the Agent Chat Console for all the users.
