The purpose of training bot is to ensure the bot is intelligent enough to catch all the utterances that user is asking. Training a bot helps the Admins or the bot developers to review the unmatched utterances and attach those utterances to the particular skill. By reviewing the unmatched utterances, Admin can match them with the required skills to improve the customer experience.
To access the Training page, click on Training icon from the side panel.Training go to Bots > Training. For more information, see Training your Bot.
