This document explains how to integrate Nimsoft Unified Management Portal (UMP) with CA Cloud Service Management. With such integration, you can start using the My Tickets portlet in Nimsoft UMP.
Note: Nimsoft Unified Management Portal (UMP) is now a part of CA Unified Infrastructure Management.

Prerequisites
The My Tickets portlet requires the following environment:
- Nimsoft Monitor Server (NMS) 5.6.1 or later
- Nimsoft Infrastructure Manager 4.03 or later
- Nimsoft UMP 2.5.2 or later
- CA Cloud Service Management Spring 2014
- nsdgtw probe version 1.2 or later
- Https connectivity between Nimsoft Monitor Server and CA Cloud Service Management
- Outbound access to port 443 for probes installed on the Nimsoft Monitor Server
