  1. Set the ideal conversation timeout to 2 minutes

  2. Know the list of system Skills and small talk skills. Observe if they are good as per our organization standards. Make necessary changes if required.

  3. Set the Default Fallback frequency to 0.25.

Perform Build and Publish if there are any changes to the Small talk or System Skills.
