The following parameters are input to generate the key and what controls your Luma Virtual Agent instance:

1. Validity period, or the term of the license agreement. 
2. The number of hosts on which the on-premise Luma Virtual Agent platform is installed. 
3. Maximum number of tenants supported by the instance
3. Grace Period: Number of days beyond the validity period before the Luma Virtual Agent platform stops working 
4. Customer details, environment type. 

Ideally, the following licensing sample code is used by the Support team to generate the licensing key that must be used while deploying Luma on the On-Premise Environment. 

The following sample code shows all parameters of the license file used to generate the keys. Not all fields are currently supported, only the four called out above.
