Navigate to Tenant Settings
Log in to Luma VA as an administrator.
Go to the Tenant settings page.
Access Tenant Information
On the Tenant Settings screen, select the Tenant Information tab.
Edit Tenant Settings
Click on the Edit button on the Tenant Information page.
Enable PII Detection
In the Settings section, locate the 'Enable PII' option.
Enable the PII setting.
Save Changes
Click Save to apply the changes.
