Asset discovery is a functionality that lets you discover hardware and software that is installed on a given subnet. CA ServiceAide Cloud Service Management (CSM) uses real time, agent-less communication to discover the assets and software that reside in your organization. When the application discovers the assets, it provides information such as the IP Address, DNS Name, and Operating System. On this page, you can configure and automate the solution to import discovered assets with our agent-less discovery. These assets can be associated with tickets or used to create configuration items.
