Initial Setup

Serviceaide Intelligent Service Management includes a wizard to guide the administrators through the initial setup of the application. This wizard is named Sidekick. The wizard shows up when you log in to the application.

When you log in as an administrator for the first time, Sidekick prompts you to start the tour. Click Continue, Start to start the tour. Click Cancel to skip the tour.

You can stop the tour at any point during the tour and then return to continue from where you stopped.

You can skip the tour and can select a step of your choice from Sidekick.

Use the Dock-Undock button on the top-left side to open or close the Sidekick pane.
