Set Up Organizations and Users

As part of this step, Sidekick takes you through the following pages:

• Organizations
• Users

You can perform the following tasks on the Organizations page:

• Define your organizational hierarchy
• View the hierarchy on the left side and navigate up and down the organizational hierarchy
• View further details of each child entity
• Add and modify the logo of your organization
• Add child organizations

You can stop the tour to modify your organization or continue to the next step. Grouping large number of users through organizational structure is a good practice. You can also directly navigate to the Organizations page and perform the required tasks. For more details about organization management, see Manage Organizations. 

You can perform the following tasks on the Users page:

• Add users
• Associate users with organizations
• Define the license type for users
• Add users to groups
• Add roles
