- Open the GPG utility by double clicking the shortcut on your workstation.
- Choose the Interface and select the Extract file to decrypt.
- GPG will prompt you for the pass phrase used to encrypt the data extract file.
- Enter the pass phrase provided by ServiceAide Support and select OKclick Ok.
