You can combine different types of related content into a dashboard. Dashboards provide a single, integrated display for multiple reports. You can include other dashboards and input controls in a dashboard.
ServiceAide Cloud Serviceaide Intelligent Service Management (CSM) also provides predefined dashboards. For more information, see Predefined Advanced Reports and Dashboards.

You can delete only the dashboards that are:
- Created by you
- Available in the Shared folder
Rename Dashboard
To rename a dashboard, point at the dashboard row, click the arrow icon, and select Rename Dashboard.
