A notification can be sent multiple times. All notifications are stored in the History. The Channel Notification History page allows you to view the list of all notification activities triggered through Luma. Please refer below link /wiki/spaces/DOC/pages/1303675770 Channel Notification History Before sending out the notification, ensure: Message and recipients on the notification are correct Appropriate channel is selected This is not a duplicate Notification i.e. the notification has not been sent already.
