It can also be accessed from your CSM Intelligent Service Management application once you are logged in by selecting Learn from the menu bar, and select Product Community

  • Connect with other users of CSMof Intelligent Service Management.
  • See activity on specific content and optionally receive emails regarding any content you're following
  • Ask, answer, or search questions posted by other community members regarding CSM Intelligent Service Management and product functionality
  • Submit or vote for an Idea for future CSM Intelligent Service Management product enhancements
  • Stay informed of scheduled CSM Intelligent Service Management events, such as current or future product feature deep dive talks or roadmap presentations.
