A self-paced guided tour and online help are available with Intelligent Service Management.

Sidekick Guide

Once you are logged in, the initial Intelligent Service Management landing page will have the Sidekick guide presented. Take time to explore the Sidekick Features by clicking Continue to walk through the self-guided tour.

Access the Help section by selecting Learn from the top menu bar.
Review the information on the documentation wiki to get an overview of Intelligent Service Management and learn to manage your profile.

Intelligent Service Management Community

The Intelligent Service Management Community is located at https://communities.ca.com/community/ca-cloud-service-management. It can also be accessed from your Intelligent Service Management application once you are logged in by selecting Learn from the menu bar, and select Product Community.

Connect with other users of Intelligent Service Management.
See activity on specific content and optionally receive emails regarding any content you're following
Ask, answer, or search questions posted by other community members regarding Intelligent Service Management and product functionality
Submit or vote for an Idea for future Intelligent Service Management product enhancements
Stay informed of scheduled Intelligent Service Management events, such as current or future product feature deep dive talks or roadmap presentations.

Serviceaide Technical Support

You can also reach out to the Serviceaide Technical support team. First navigate to https://support.serviceaide.com . If you already have a username and password you can login to view your existing tickets or open a new one. If you do not have a username please use the chat console that pops up on the bottom right of your screen to start a session with a technician.
