Validate Login and Slice
In order to log in, you will need to locate the Welcome email sent from Serviceaide. Refer to this email to retrieve your environment and login information.
You will have two different environments to work in:
- Staging Environment
- Production Environment
Point your supported browser, such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, to your Staging Environment URL. Accessing the Staging environment first will give you a safe place to try out different features and practice creating data and workflows. Refer to your welcome email and the chart below for the correct URL.

| Staging Environment | This is the environment where you will test your workflows before moving them to production. |
| Production Environment | This is your live environment where end users and analysts will access the system to do work. |
