This procedure explains how to verify the new process workflow.

Follow these steps:

  1. Create a ticket. For more information, see Log Tickets.
  2. Verify that the configurations are properly set for the ticket:
    • The Process ID associated to the ticket matches the process flow.
    • Actions that are configured are visible in the actions menu of the ticket.
    • Verify that the values populated in the set fields are visible.
    • Verify that an email notification is sent to the email address configured in the related communication template.
