As a part of this step, Sidekick takes you to the Automation Center page, which lists available predefined workflows. You can perform the following tasks:

  • Monitor status of workflows
  • Create workflows
  • Publish workflows
  • Submit a service request
  • Create custom connectors

You can create a new workflow that is based on the available connectors. Make the new workflows available to the end user by publishing them as a request catalog item. For more information, see Create a Workflow.

To automate workflows, configure the parameters and credentials to connect to servers or services. To begin the process of building new automated service, click New Workflow. Use Bulk Actions to set credentials for the existing workflow in the workflow library. To use the predefined workflow, set the credentials to connect to your systems.
