This is the Web Services wrapper around the conventional Support Console (Instance Management) functionality available within the Nimsoft ServiceDesk that aids in automatic provisioning and deprovisioning of tenants. It provides a set of administration and management capabilities necessary to provision tenants and thus assists the production support team in effectively provisioning new tenants as well as configuration and management of existing tenants inside a deployed application instance.
