Login to Luma Knowledge

This article explains how to log into your Luma Knowledge application, the credentials that are required, and how to retrieve the password in case you forget it.

Steps to Login to your Luma Knowledge

To login to your Luma Knowledge, enter the URL and credentials provided by the Serviceaide support team.

TENANT LOGIN

1. User Name: Specify UserName of the User accessing the Luma Knowledge

2. Password: Specify the password of the User

3. Subdomain: Specify your Tenant Subdomain

4. Click on Login.

Forgot Password

The Forgot Password feature is available in case you need help resetting your password during login. You can use this option to recover or create a new password to your Luma Knowledge account.

To reset the password, follow the below steps:

1. Click the Forgot Password link on the Login page.

2. On the Forgot Password page:

   1. Specify your username or email address used during the Signup or Registration.

   2. Specify the Subdomain name.

   3. Click Reset Password.

3. A password reset link is sent to the registered email address. The link is valid for 24 hours.

4. Click on the link to reset the password.

5. On the Reset Password page, add the New password and click on the Reset Password button.

   
   
   

    

6. Once the password is reset, you will be redirected to the Luma Knowledge Login page.
