Vocabulary

The Luma Knowledge Vocabulary represents the terms an organization uses to describe its knowledge. It represents the Business Information and capabilities available in the system. The meta-data ontology created before or during curation in Luma Knowledge is the primary source of Vocabulary.

Whenever an End User makes an inquiry in Luma Knowledge, the system identifies metadata for the user’s phrase and uses it to perform an ontology search and generate the Best Response. You can add similar terms for the ontology term to improve the search result in the system. These similar terms help the system to broaden the search criteria and identify relevant Artifacts.

As a Curator or Administrator, you can add similar Terms, which are synonyms and or acronyms (abbreviations) for Topics, Subjects, Motivation, Action, and Providers in the system.
