As a tenant administrator or Developer, you want to view all Training activities done on the Skills in your Tenant. When an unmatched phrase is associated to a skill in Luma through Supervised training or Automated training, it is logged in Training history. This ensures that all the updates are well managed and it is easy to trace back the changes done to the skill at any given time.

To view the Training history for your Tenant, Navigate to the Supervised Training → History tab.

Create Skills

Training history is divided into two sections:

Search for a required phrase using Phrase, Trained By, or Trained Skill in the Search field and press Enter.

Click on the Conversations count, to view more details about the phrase, user’s request, and its context. You will be redirected to the Conversation History page with conversation details. Refer to Conversation History for more details.

Click on Trained Skill, to view details of the skill that was trained using the phrase. You will be redirected to the Skills screen with skill details. Refer to Create and Manage Skills for more details.

  • You may sort the list on any of the columns in ascending/descending, or alphabetical order by clicking the column header.

  • Click on the Refresh button to repopulate the list with the latest training logs

Automated

This section lists all phrases that have been automatically associated to skills in Luma through Automated Training. Below information is available for each phrase in the list:
