  1. On the Skill Builder page, click Create Skill as shown below.


  2. You can now select the designer to be used to create the skill. You could choose between the Visual Skill Designer and the Classic Skill Designer. To know which designer suits your use case, refer to Choose your designer.
    Image Removed    Now, based on the selected Designer the Create Skill page appearsgive a skill name, category, description and insert user phrases to create a new skill.
