- Create a ticket. For more information, see Log Ticketsa Ticket.
- Verify that the configurations are properly set for the ticket:
- The Process ID associated to the ticket matches the process flow.
- Actions that are configured are visible in the actions menu of the ticket.
- Verify that the values populated in the set fields are visible.
- Verify that an email notification is sent to the email address configured in the related communication template.
