At times, you might have already tested content in one Bot and want to move the content to another Bot like Staging environment to Production.
Luma Bot builder application provides Export and Import feature which enables you to export Custom Skills, OOTB Skills, Default System skills, and Small talk without having the need to recreate the content in the target Bot.
Exporting Skills
The Export process allows us to export All or Specific Skills that are available in your Tenant.
Based on your selection, selected Skills or All Skills will be exported and downloaded to your local computer in .zip format.
Importing Skills
Select the exported file on your Target system to Import the Skills.
Click on Import and the Import status is displayed once the Import process starts.
After completion of the Import process, your Skills are ready for use in the Target system without recreating the same.
