Summarize Knowledge Articles

‘Summary’ is important for effective Knowledge Management and discovery. The system uses the artifact Summary to generate Metadata, which is in turn used to identify relevant artifacts for a user’s search. It is essential that the Summary is well-formed and articulates the information in the document well.

Luma Knowledge uses open AI to Summarize Knowledge Articles. This ensures that the curator does not need to add a summary for each artifact. Luma Knowledge automatically generates the summary based on the artifact content.

Generate Metadata

Luma Knowledge uses Key phrases and Keywords to identify search results. The Keywords generation through Open AI allows Luma to automatically extract relevant keywords from documents and data, making information retrieval faster and more effective. Open AI can generate valid keywords and Key phrases reducing the time, and effort curators spend in adding and maintaining Metadata for Knowledge Artifacts.

Generate Precise Answer

End-users access the Knowledge available in the system via Luma VA. Luma Knowledge uses Open AI to generate exact or precise answers for user requests allowing users to quickly and easily access the information. With precise answers, the end-user can access the information without the need to go through the whole article. Luma Knowledge interprets and understand the user’s request and generate answer specific to the question.

Generate Question and Answers pairs

Using Open AI, Luma Knowledge can provide precise answers to questions, helping users find the right information quickly. When an artifact is curated in Luma Knowledge, along with the content and metadata, Question and answer pairs are generated and recorded as part of the artifact. Luma Knowledge can predict the questions that can be answered based on the artifact content. The system can generate Questions and corresponding answers, which can be quickly presented to the user, reducing the time spent on answering customer inquiries.

Resolve Knowledge Gaps

Integration with Open AI also helps in knowledge building. Administrators and Curators can resolve the unanswered query in Luma Knowledge and quickly build Knowledge articles using Open AI. This reduces the time spent in curating Knowledge artifacts.

Self Learning

Luma Knowledge leverages the power of Open AI for self-learning. Every precise answer generated using Open AI is added as a new Question and Answer pair to the artifact, ensuring the information is available to the next user. This helps the system to build on the Knowledge already available in the system continuously.
