Enable Open AI Features
Luma knowledge can integrate with Advanced language models to process user requests and generate accurate responses. Administrators can activate Open AI and unlock the power of AI-driven capabilities. Enable Open AI configuration to access advanced features like Precise answering, keyword generation, and Summarization. With Open AI, Luma can automatically summarize knowledge, predicts questions based on artifact content, and generate specific responses to user queries, enhancing the user experience and improving efficiency. The Keywords generation allows Luma to automatically extract relevant keywords from documents and data, making information retrieval faster and more effective.
Open AI integration is currently available only for English tenants.
Activating Open AI for your tenant is currently a backend update. You may connect with Serviceaide Support team to request the same and get more details.
To enable Open AI Features for your tenant, follow the below steps:
Navigate to Tenant → Configurations.
Under the Language Model, go to the Open AI features.
Select one or more required features.
Key Phrase Generation
Summary Generation
FAQ Generation
Smart Knowledge
Precise Answering
Click Save to commit the changes.
