Tenant Subscription information helps you to know the details about view and manage Subscription information for your Organization. In this section, you view details on allocated licenses, consumption, and purchase history for your Tenant.

View Subscription Information

To view the Tenant Subscription information:

  1. Navigate to the Tenant Settings page.

  2. Click on the Subscription.

Subscription

Below are the details Following details are available in the section:

  • License Type: Subscription Licensing Model subscribed by your Organization

  • Start Date: Contract start date of the subscription.

  • End Date: Contract end date of the subscription.

  • Technical Email: Email addresses of the technical contacts staff who manage the tenant and should receive Alerts when license consumption reaches Threshold limits.

  • Billing Email: Email addresses of the billing contacts who manage the tenant subscriptions and should receive Alerts when license consumption reaches Threshold limits.

  • Total Purchase: The total number of User/Session licenses allocated to the your Tenant.

  • Consumed: Number of User/Session licenses used to date.

  • Available: Number of remaining or available User/Session licenses for use.

Edit Subscription

You As an Administrator, you can update Technical and Billing email ids in Subscription details by following . To do so, follow the below steps:

  1. Click on Edit.

  2. Add or remove email addresses in Technical Email and Billing Email fields.

  3. Click Save to update changes.

View and Download License

Consumption History

You can view the Licenses consumed to date, consumption history, and User Conversations to get a view on of the usage of Luma. To get thisview the details:

  1. Click the History button on the License consumption Summary -->Consumed field

View License Consumption History

For User-Based Licensing:

Below information is available in the License consumption History.

User ID, User Name, Email, First Name, Last Name, Role, Status, Conversation

For Session-Based Licensing:

Below information is available in the License consumption History.

Session ID, Started On, Initiated By, User name, Email, Role, Agent name, Channel, Conversations
  1. → Consumed field.

  2. License consumption History (User/Session) is available on the screen. You may click on the conversation count to view conversation details on the Conversation History page.

  3. Click on the Download button.

  4. Click on Ok on the confirmation prompt

  5. All the information on the screen will be exported into a CSV file and downloaded onto your local machine.

  • Each Session Duration indicates the time for one Session duration allocated for your tenant.

  • Consumption Count indicates the number of Sessions utilized or User Licenses allocated to date for your tenant.

  • Once the License consumption reaches 75%, 85%, 95%, and 100% an email will be sent to the Tenant Administrator

  • Licensing information is managed by Super Admin. To Purchase Licenses or Contract renewal, contact your Super Admin or Serviceaide support team.

Download License Consumption Report

You can also download the

Consumption history data for your tenant. To download the transaction history log,
  1. Click on the Download button.

  2. Click on Ok on the confirmation prompt

  3. All the information on the screen will be exported into a CSV file and downloaded onto your local machine.

License Purchase History

You can view the License Purchase history of your tenant. The addition or removal of Licenses is referred to as Refill and is done by Superadmin based on your request.

License Purchase History displays the list of refills done by the Super Administrator. for the Tenant to date.
