Service View is only available in the CSM Service Management edition. This feature is not available in the CSM Service Desk edition.
As an IT manager, you are responsible for taking decisions that are important for meeting your service objectives. To take such decisions, you require a deep insight into how the different services are performing. The Service View workspace provides you with the metrics and trends that help you monitor your service performance. As part of this step, Sidekick takes you to the Service View page. You can perform the following tasks:
- View metrics and updates that are related to active services
- View a list of all services
- View a list of all active services
- Create and edit services
- View metrics that are related to the services
- View the upward and downward trends in the performance of your services
- Filter the metrics by organization, owner, and time period.
