Import Status
Import Status provides a historical view of document import requests raised in your tenant. Here you can find the list of document import requests for Artifact creation using Knowledge Templates, files imported, and their completion status. Luma Knowledge processes each document as a source file for artifact creation. For Successful uploads, a new artifact is created and the system generates ontology from the Summary.
The Import status workspace is also used to resolve any import failures. For a failed document, you can view the error details and perform bulk actions such as reprocessing the file using another Knowledge Template or downloading a copy of the document and retry processing after making the required updates.

The new Artifacts created are available to End-users once Published.
Bulk Actions
When the uploaded document does not follow the selected Knowledge Template or the document does not contain the mandatory details required to create artifacts, the upload fails. In such a case, Artifact is not created. Luma Knowledge allows the curator to view the error details and reprocess such files.
Following actions can be performed on the failed documents:
Download Failed Documents
Using this option, you can download a copy of the failed documents that could not create Artifact. These documents may fail due to mismatched format or unavailability of a mandatory field. You can view the error details and update the document as required. The updated document can be imported again for artifact creation.
Reprocess Failed Documents
Using this option, you can reprocess the failed documents using another template. The bulk action allows the curator to re-import the failed documents in the request with a different template configured for the tenant.
To reprocess the file,
Select Reprocess Failed Documents.
Choose a template
Click Yes.

A new import request is created and added to the Import Request list. Documents are revalidated based on the selected template and Artifacts will be created accordingly.
