Build Topic Hierarchy

Setup Topic Hierarchy

1. Navigate to Knowledge Graph in your Tenant. The graph lists the domains available for your tenant.

2. In the graph, verify if the required Domain is available. Domain refers to the Department, Business stream, Team information belongs to.

   1. If you cannot find the domain, create a domain node.

3. Traverse through the domain to locate the Topic under which you want to add the Knowledge Artifact.

   1. If you cannot find the topic, create a Topic.
