Setup

To get started building skills you must be defined as an administrator (also known as a Luma Tenant Admin) in the Luma platform.

To access Skills Builder:

1. Log into your Luma Skills Builder URL. This will be provided by the Serviceaide support team when your environment is set up. If you don't know your login URL please contact the support team.
   1. Production Environments: 
      US-based environment https://luma3.serviceaide.com 
      European-based environment https://luma2.serviceaide.com
   2. Staging Environments: 
      US-based environment https://lumastaging.serviceaide.com
