Create and Manage Knowledge Templates

Knowledge Templates are your organization-specific templates used to manage and document information such as System guides, instruction manuals, RCAs, FAQs, etc. As a curator, you can configure these templates in Luma Knowledge and use the templates to create Artifacts manually or by importing the documents.

A Template represents the document that holds the information. It outlines the Sections in the document and the type of information held. Using templates, you can customize the Artifact fields and the artifact details such as Summary, Ontology that can be extracted from the text available in each section or field. Luma Knowledge uses the Template to validate the uploaded document and create an artifact.
