Customizing Prompt Mapping

This article explains how administrators can customize AI prompts used for core system functionalities in Luma Virtual Agent. By modifying prompt mappings, organizations can tailor the platform’s behavior to align with specific business needs while retaining the flexibility of out-of-the-box (OOTB) configurations. configurations.

Luma Virtual Agent uses predefined AI prompts to power AI features in the system, such as Intent Categorization, Natural Language Query (NLQ) processing, and Precise Answer Generation. These prompts are available out-of-the-box (OOTB) and are shared across all tenants. However, administrators can create custom prompts for individual tenants to address unique requirements, ensuring the platform adapts to specific workflows, terminology, or use cases.
