This is the web services wrapper around the conventional Support Console (Instance Management) functionality available in Cloud Service Management that aids in automatic provisioning and deprovisioning of tenants. It provides a set of administration and management capabilities necessary to provision tenants. Thus, assists the production support team in effectively provisioning new tenants as well as configuration and management of existing tenants inside a deployed application instance.

The web services wrapper interface is to enable access to the existing Cloud Service Management functionality for all types of Tickets underneath that is being exposed as a web service.

This is a generic web service that offers the utility operations.

This web service has function which returns available workflow actions on any of the provided ticket id. It is based on the ticket state and privilege to the web service user.
