Mandatory input for each operation

• Credentials - Web Service Client User authentication credentials
• extendedSettings - Extended Settings such as response format.

Each Operation returns -

• DefaultServiceResponse JavaBean container which stores the specific bean response for Web Services operation

getApplicableWorkflowActions

Returns an details about applicable workflow actions on ticket based on its current state and privileges to webservice user.

Input Parameters
ticketIdentifier - Ticket Identifier for which details should be fetched.

Output
List of workflow actions where each actions contain following fields: action name, action send reason code, action send status to service request, action status, close ticket on save, special function name, ticket type, description, action id, special function action id, ticket type id, escalation scheduled.
