Troubleshooting Issue with a Bot

Troubleshooting helps Admin to know the entire troubleshooting history of the interactions happened to a bot from different channels of all the users.

  1. To troubleshoot the bot, go to Bots > Skill >  > Troubleshoot Bot 
  2. Clicking on Troubleshoot Bot open the Troubleshoot page.
  3. Troubleshoot page consists of following filters:

    1. Logs Type: It displays various levels of logs like Info, Warning and Error. From the drop-down menu, Admin can select the required options or All checkbox to get the related logs information.
      1. Info displays the general log information.
      2. A WARNING is displayed in the following scenarios: 
        • If there is a data type mismatch in Parameter Values.
        • LESS skill validation score than the desired accuracy.
        • When there is No Data received and if the utterance is not matched with any skill (fall back skill).
      3. An Error is displayed in the following scenarios:
        • If the ENDPOINT is Not Reachable.
        • Not able to communicate with any of the components like CSM Connector, NLP, CHANNEL.
        • If the skill is not found in the message types.
    2. Show logs from (message types): Use this drop-down menu to get the log information of User, Luma, NLP and Fulfullment.
      1. User: Select this checkbox to view the information related to messages from the user.
      2. Luma: Select this checkbox to know the flow behind the internal subsystems in Luma.
      3. NLP: To know the NLP processing like matched skill, score etc.
      4. Fulfillment: Admin can view the fulfilment information like what are the parameters that are going along with the webservices and its responses.
    3. Channel: Select the required checkbox to view the log information of various channels like Skype, Facebook, Slack etc.
  4. Admin can also download the log history by clicking on the Download () icon.
