Customize System Skill Behavior

Customizing system skill behavior empowers the tenant administrators to tailor Luma's actions to specific business requirements. The functionalities provide a flexible and powerful toolset to enhance the conversational experience and optimize outcomes. Administrators can finely tune Luma's responses, actions, and decision-making processes to align seamlessly with organizational objectives. This can achieved using skills with predefined behaviors that are executed when a system skill is triggered.

To Customize System Skill Behavior, follow the below steps:

  1. Navigate to Skill Builder → System Skills.

  2. Select the system skill to customize the behavior.
    You can customize behavior for ‘Welcome', ‘What you can do’, and ‘User Registration’ system skills.

  3. On the selected system skill, click on "Customized Behaviour".

  4. Select the Skill that defines the custom behavior that should be executed when the system skill is triggered.

  5. Click "Save" to save the new configuration.

  6. To restore the configuration to default, set the behavior to the "Default System Behaviour" and click "Save"
