Serviceaide Luma1x EOL Notification

This update is to notify you on End of Life (EOL) of Luma 1x. We plan to migrate all existing Luma1x customers to the Luma2x environment and declare EOL of Luma1x by 31^st Jan 2023.

This move will provide you with several benefits including better performance and enhanced integration with other Luma suite of products like Serviceaide Automation.

We will first move a copy of your production system to a new staging system. This allows you access to test for 10-15 days before the cutover to the new production system. Post this change, a new URL should be used to access the Bot builder and all the channels should be reconfigured.

Planned dates for the migration to the new environment

• All staging environments (TBC), we will soon provide the migrated tenants from the corresponding production:

•  All Production environments by 31^st Jan 2023.

Note: Based on the customer's request we have extended the dates to 31-Jan-2023, we will not be extending to any further dates.
