Note: The information from Title will be shown as 'text' if Title is not populated, then the information from SubTitle will show as 'text' if both Title and SubTitle is populated then only the information from Title will be shown.

Luma 1.12 Release - June 2019

VSA-4715 The skill import utility does not properly handle skills that include branching and post fulfillment. The utility would get stuck and continue to run in the background.
VSA-5214When a user enters values in the Email Settings field, you cannot undo it after initial save.
VSA-5534If the agent closes the window accidentally without logging out of the chat console, it continues to show as logged in.

An issue is observed with the Most Popular Skills report that includes skills which not consolidated. The Percentage of Usage is rounded up to the closest number. For example, instead of 0.2, it displays 0.

Following is the list of improvements:

  • Dashboard count shows unique skills that together add up to 80% of the bot transactions for the selected time period.
  • Spreadsheet includes 1 row for each of the most popular skills (total rows must align to what is in the dashboard)

  • Each row includes a column for Name, Count of times used during time period, and the Percentage of usage column. The Percentage of usage column should be at least 1 decimal point.

  • When adding up the rows with Percentage, must add up to 80%.

Now, using the Json path expression ${@resp.result[*].length()} you can specify this condition and evaluate the rule to show the appropriate message through Error Handling.

VSA-5321 An issue was encountered with Web services, where the values assigned to the attributes in Outbound mapping gets truncated when the header type is one among the custom ones.
VSA-5500 Skills Resync API creates intent with incorrect attribute order in Dialogflow if the attribute order is modified after skill creation.

Luma 1.6.2 Release - September 2018

DE7742In the Training page, the administrator was unable to assign an unmatched utterance to ITSM or system skills.
DE7738An error message was displayed in the Debug console while running 'follow up with user'. When the user types Follow up in the Bot testing window and select Yes after the immediate response, an error message was logged. 
DE7681The Unmatched Utterances count was not decrementing from the Dashboard after the user assigns the unmatched utterances to a new skill using the Training page. This issue is resolved.
DE7689Pagination was broken when the user executes a skill using any channel. Clicking Next did not show the next set of cards and the debug log displayed null pointer exceptions.
DE7663 Application used to allow the user to create and fetch the connectors in the web services. These connectors can be linked to the API and use operation to call a specific method. Now the operation is restricted.
DE7667 In the Actions page, if the Override Response check box was selected in the Web service details section for the Message Text field, text was not displayed in the Skype for Business channel for the associated skill. 
DE7710 Pagination was disabled for the Action Web Service response. The Next and Previous button was disabled and the cards were displayed in a batch of 10 cards as separate response.
DE7641 The user was unable to insert data in the Attribute Value field in the Skills page, on the first attempt. The issue is resolved.
DE7718 For ITSM and system skills, associated attributes were not displayed for the selected phrase.
