Migrate to Process Designer

As an administrator, you can migrate your existing auto routes and workflow actions to the Process Designer.

  • You can use auto routes while defining entry criteria
  • You can use workflow actions while configuring the workflow steps.

The migration utility displays only the user defined workflow actions and auto routes.

Prerequisites and Considerations

Prerequisites

  • Knowledge on how to create a process flow in your organization.
  • Administrator privileges.
  • Knowledge on configuring predefined process workflows in the application.
  • Understand the existing auto routes functionality such as, matching condition, time slip, set fields, and sort order.

Considerations

  • The new process workflow entry criteria matches the migrating auto routes.
  • When the new process flow is published with the migrated auto route, the migrated auto route is added to the process designer.
