Deploying chat channels

Luma Virtual Agent can integrate with a wide range of messaging application and chat channels through which end-users to interact with your bot. With pre-built channels, organizations can design skills or conversations, and then deploy them across multiple channels. 

To Configure a Channel,

  1. Click Configuration. on the Bots menu.

  2. Click the Channels tab.

  3. You can see all the supported channels such as Google Hangouts, Web Widget, WeChat, Microsoft Teams, Twilio Whatsapp, Slack.

It's highly recommended to connect your Bot to your company's primary chat channel as this makes it simple for users to reach out to the Bot.

The Channels tab displays all supported channels and shows configured channels with an active/inactive toggle.
